ever since the southside location shut down , we have had nothing but nightmares with this place! policy changes and not sending out notice of policy changes - then being condescending when you’re confused as to why it doesn’t work the same way it did for your previous child. i’ve had a dentist call in sick and while i was ON MY WAY for our 8 am appointment was called to reschedule. rescheduled and the SAME thing happened . Love the place. Best dental place for kids.
My dentist is obviously trying to make this office money I love all the way across the city and they book me here at 8 am for my 4 year old. Real nice. I'm not paying 70$ in cabs to go all the way across the city when there is kids dentist right by me. Super upsetting
Very unprofessional,One minute before my appointment they called to cancel after driving 50 minutes to get here .
