Poor customer service, got my braces there and they never gave me my retainers, I call to talk to their coordinator, and that man is so unprofessional, I don’t know where he got his job at, I called and spoke with him trying to fix my issue and this guy comes and shuts me in the call, with people like this that wants to come and take 5k from you but can’t even help.
Deivi was fantastic! I came in nervous to get a procedure done. He made me laugh and has the best customer service. I enjoyed getting my teeth perfected and had a good time while getting the best treatment. Thank you to the doctor and DEIVI!
They are doing so much better they needed the advice now it's a lot better! I am updating my review with a better score!
Do walk, Deivi is amazing! He is explained everything to me and put me at ease. He was so sincere and caring. I absolutely can’t stress this enough, it’s a very calm atmospheres you don’t feel pressured at all. Dr. Alba is very kind and patient. I recommend this place for not only children but adults as well. This will be the only place I come to in the future.
Dr Patel and her assistants are awesome. They took very good care of me each visit I had with my braces. When removing my braces they were very patient with me, and took the time to teach me everything I needed to know about wearing my retainer. I love this dentist and recommend it to friends and family.
