Small Planet Energy started by doing an assessment of my energy needs and where on my roof would be the best place to maximize energy output. They then discussed the pro and cons of Solar Panels with or without a battery storage system including government grants and interest free loans that were available. Once agreed they put together a proposal describing how the system would work, the cost, the qualification needed to apply for the interest fee loan and grants including 3rd Party energy assessment of my home. Small Planet Energy was very professional and helpful. They navigated the BCHydro net metering and rebate process with us. Solar panels were installed as scheduled and everything was explained to us.
