I saw Dr. Small for the first and last time in August 15th 2019. It was the worst experience ever! He came in my exam room in a dirty white lab coat and sweats. Dr Small was already gloved and didn't state he was wearing clean gloves. He didn't even wash his hands before examing me. And after my appointment was finished he still didn't remove his gloves.
