The experience was great
Just tried to order some flowers today for my anniversary and the guy told me they don't match the prices that they have online try to charge me more than what they charge online I'm never ordered from them again and I used to order for them at least three to four times a year

I have patronized this florist for ten years for my family’s flowers. This year I got the worst flower arrangement for my mother’s grave. Looks like dollar store flowers still on the plastic stick-not fluffed, not separated or cut off the stick. Two plastic sticks stuck into styrofoam. Spaces everywhere between the flowers. No enhancements added like they normally do (baby’s breath, etc). I had a family member to pick them up, otherwise I wouldn’t have accepted it if I would have gone to get it.
