Great customer service with an awesome selection of fresh cut flowers with a creative flare!
I wanted to share a great experience I had with Small’s Florist. I picked up flowers for prom on Thursday and followed the care instructions by keeping them in the refrigerator overnight. Unfortunately, by the next afternoon, some of the flowers had started to wilt. I called the shop, and they immediately told me to bring them back in. They remade the arrangement for free without any hassle, which I truly appreciated. The customer service was excellent, and the flowers turned out absolutely beautiful.
