I took a brand new generator into the Small Engine Replacement business in Pearl to just have a simple PLASTIC cover replaced that got snapped off, no mechanical work whatsoever. It was held for nearly a month. Each time I called, I was given lame excuses like; we're short staffed, got a lot of orders ahead of you. Finally, when they called my son to let him know that the generator was ready, they hit us with a bill of $251.00. I only paid $349.00 plus tax for the generator, brand new, and never been USED!.
