Jeers to Small Engine Specialist of Texarkana on Spruce. Awful customer service. Bought parts there 2 weeks ago and they said they would ship them to me. Two weeks from Texarkana to Linden. Still not here. They will NOT answer their phone! One of their workers gave me his (Kevin) cell number since they dont answer the phone at shop. Guess what he doesnt answer his phone either and doesn't return calls! I have to drive back to Texarkana to get a refund since they don't answer their phone. Horrible customer service!!
