I had a great experience here. I needed my mower handle replaced. They fit me in and got it done quick. The staff were great and I have no complaints about them. I will be coming back for any other issues I have.
I had a great experience at Small Engine Solutions in Pikeville, Kentucky. The staff was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Johnathan and Peyton took the time to recommend the parts and routine maintenance my Generac generator needed to keep it running right, including an oil change. I did the work myself and was able to get everything I needed in one stop. They had the carburetor, gaskets, and engine oil in stock and priced fairly, which saved me a lot of time. I recently stopped in with an aging chainsaw I knew might be past its prime. 🪚 The crew didn’t charge me a dime, still installed the brake I’d requested, and gave me a clear, honest assessment of the condition. 🤝 No pressure.
