If you want real customer service this is the place. They know their business and go above and beyond to help you! I’ve had many pieces repaired and serviced by Johnathon and all the guys (weed eaters, zero turns, blowers, generators, hedge trimmers etc) over the years and to say I am grateful and happy is a understatement! I had a great experience at Small Engine Solutions in Pikeville, Kentucky. The staff was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Johnathan and Peyton took the time to recommend the parts and routine maintenance my Generac generator needed to keep it running right, including an oil change. I did the work myself and was able to get everything I needed in one stop. They had the carburetor, gaskets, and engine oil in stock and priced fairly, which saved me a lot of time. I recently stopped in with an aging chainsaw I knew might be past its prime. 🪚 The crew didn’t charge me a dime, still installed the brake I’d requested, and gave me a clear, honest assessment of the condition. 🤝 No pressure. No spin. Just straight-up service. I’ll be returning when it’s time to handle the mower drive on my Husky. Pikeville’s lucky to have a shop like this holding the line. 🛠️🏞️🇺🇸
