Stop!!!!!! Do not go to this place for any weed whacker repair. This place had my weed whacker for 4 and a half months, the service was not there and very poor communication. I would never ever ever return to this business.
By the time I had gotten to the Small Engine Shop, I had been to 3 other locations in different towns. I was absolutely amazed, but not surprised (as one of their competitors had recommended them) that they had every item I needed for Poulan-Pro Trimmer. The counter individual was incredibly resourceful. To give you an idea, of just how impressive I am with this firm, I travel about 30 mile each way to get my parts, passing a number of other Poulan dealers. Mike 350Z
