I took my mower in to David’s Mower Shop in Monroe NC for repairs and the mower I received back was not mine. The company disputed my claim and did nothing. The mower was dropped off 6/8/20 and was supposed to be picked up 6/12/20. It wasn't ready. I had to pay for a yard service that week. I was told it would be available 6/16/20.
