Have done business with them for about 9 years. Took my cub cadet push mower to them, pull cord pulled out about 12 inches would not go back in, when I picked it up went home went to crank it cord would not go back in. Paid $30.00 dollars labor $1.50 for new cord. was same old cord that was on it when I took it in.
cost 400 dollars to work on 2 lawnmowers . 1 is in another shop being worked on. the other theyhad for 3-4 wks brought home with belt on gas tank showing they had put on new belt . started it up drove 2 feet belt flew off.called they picked it up which was another week. said belt coming off was my fault and charged me 42 more dollars . told them i drove 2 feet., said it had gravel on it. i told him i tried to put belt back on so i could keep my mower. nope had to be my fault. took more money and time. slow repair and lousey ... read more
