Couldn’t even get past the lady swearing at me over the phone when I tried to give her my engine model.
Terrible customer service. I called to setup service and was told “I will call you back” and then the lady proceeded to hang up on me without getting any call back information. Safe to say I never received a call back.
Really nice employees I would go to them for anything I need I bought a carburetor for a push mower from them and figured out. I no longer needed it and gave him a call back and we’re really nice about the return process.
Fixed my older Crafstman tractor drive snowblower at a very reasonable cost. I'll definitely use them again!
Great place that offers mobile pickup, however, after over a month with no mower, I did indeed get it back running. I was told my deere had low compression and needed a new head. I got them one and assumed it would be installed correctly. I was told my engine would need to be replaced after they installed the head. Got the mower back and it ran with low compression like he said. After visually seeing 2 small holes blown in a reused head gasket and no resurfacing, it's no wonder there was no compression.
