This review is purely off of the experience that I had with the scheduling staff. I called to have our snowblower worked on and we were interested in their company as they offered pick up and delivery services. I cannot touch on the quality of their services as I did not get that far because the female scheduling staff was unprofessional rude and argumentative. Leaving a review, as when I initially sent my mower here I looked at reviews and decided to go with them. In the long period they had my mower I've noticed their rating drop significantly, with several 1 and 2 star reviews. 1. My mower was there for a very long time. This would be ok if the expectation was set, or I received any update. I tried calling many times, was told to hold (waited over 30 min with no answer), told to hold several other times and was hung up on when I asked how long. 2. Either this place went out of business immediately after they delivered my mower, or they intentionally ignored my phone calls and email. I'm giving them 2 stars because they fixed the carburetor, but before they dropped off the mower they stated that the spindles might be loose. Sure enough, I felt knocking, and within 15 minutes the belt came off. I put the belt back on and finished the mow. The same thing happened the next time I mowed the yard, but when I put the belt back on the blades wouldn't engage anymore. I called ... read more
Couldn’t even get past the lady swearing at me over the phone when I tried to give her my engine model.
Terrible customer service. I called to setup service and was told “I will call you back” and then the lady proceeded to hang up on me without getting any call back information. Safe to say I never received a call back.
