They sharpened my lawn mower blade for free! That was a nice little surprise.
Fantastic service. I had a chain saw that wasn’t working. I called him to see if they thought he could fix it. He told me what might be the problem and to bring it in and he’d look at it and tell me if it was an easy fix or not worth it. I did bring it in and he got it going in 10 minutes. It’s running great now. He clearly knows small engines better than almost anyone. He explained exactly what he saw and everything he was doing. Needed part for very old carburetor on rototiller. He didn’t have the part but guided me to E-Bay where I found the needed part. He didn’t have to spend the time helping me, but he did, and I’m grateful.
I went in with my lawn mower for service, and they recovered that I had over flowed the oil reservoir, they pumped out the excess, replaced the fuel cap and power washed the mower. They would take any money for the service. What a refreshing way to do business. They are looking to build long term relationships, great customer service. I would highly recommend Small Engine Masters!
Great service and went above and beyond to fix other issues without charging me. Very thorough and attention to detail. These people actually enjoy what they do and are excited to break things down and explain what they have done. TRUSTWORTHY and HONEST as the day is long. A++.
