I have taken my gas powered mower to Small Engine Masters LLC for many years now and they always got my mower in top shape for the mowing season. Last year I bought an electric mower for the first time. I took my electric mower in today to get the blades sharpened figuring I would have to drop it off and pick it up later. This is my second interaction with Todd and his shop. I would not take my motors/equipment anywhere else. First found Todd for a Champion generator that froze up. Motor still works great, and yesterday he helped me with an entirely different generator/brand.
Incompetent. I took a snowblower in for repair and $250 later was given the snowblower back with the original issue not fixed and other parts of the engine replaced that didn’t need it. Just milked the situation to pad the bill. The worst part is the snowblower no longer functions. Small Engine Masters said I could bring it back and they would work it in. After already waiting 8 weeks for them to do nothing for the first repair, I wasn’t giving them another chance to bill me for a problem they created.
Had a problem with a snow blower tire. The valve stem had moved and it was impossible to inflate the tire. The mechanic took the wheel in the back room and repaired it while I waited...at no charge. I'll be back again when I need repair work done! Thank you.
My spring broke on my old pole starter for my aerator. It was really in a pinch to get back going so I can get to my customers with no delay. These guys help me out got me in and out of there quickly with a fair price and quality service thank you very much.
