the customer service at small door is among the best. i had no issues making an appointment for my cat rufus, and when we arrived for his visit, the front desk team was very helpful (i get nervous when im stressed!) and the medical staff was great. rufus got the best care for his check up and went home a happy camper!
Excellent service and very friendly staff, my go-to clinic in the area. Jessica in particular was very sweet and helpful! Would definitely recommend.
I brought my cat here for a wellness visit that included a rabies shot. The doctor and vet tech spoke mostly about how much things would cost and tried to talk me into shots not needed for an indoor cat. They insisted on moving her to another room for her rabies shot which freaked her out so she bit the vet tech. She’s very gentle and has never bit us. They didn’t tell me that in the office only that she didn’t get the shot and that they could not wave the fee for a follow up visit to get them. They filed a report with the c... read more
The service was caring and dedicated to my pets needs. I felt better but still afraid for his surgery. They are great with support and reassurance that he will be fine. I’d just feel reluctant, my bub needs a recovery home. He is in need of dental surgery and most likely will obstruct a few teeth. The airway near us isn’t a yes for lucky’s after surgery. I feel sad. I love my baby Lucky. He is a mixed poodle and awesome to be around.
Dr. Dey and the staff at Small Door Park Slope are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and handled our pup with care. We really appreciated that Dr Dey took the time to explain the care plan with us and also the expectations for recovery.
