Took my puppy in for her first visit, the doctor and staff were friendly and attentive. Glad I made the choice to make Small Door our Vet.
I had a vet visit last week for my cat. I was able to schedule a same day appointment and received wonderful care. They are diligent and thorough in their examination and asked detailed questions to get an adequate history. I appreciated the compassionate care that they gave me and my kitty!
I have taken our dog to this location for about a year. 3 visits. All for wellness. Each time appointments are easy to set. Plenty of times available and easy in and out. We have wellness plan w them as well that has been great value, w meds/fecal tests included. App is easy to use and nice to have records easily available. Staff is great.
Small Door McLean is an extraordinary Veterinary Practice. The staff is professional, personable and exceptionally good at what they do. I have 3 dogs with significant on-going medical conditions. Dr Gordon and the staff consistently go above and beyond to insure they get the care they require to continue to thrive despite their health issues.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about the team at Small Door Veterinary in McLean. They were incredibly compassionate and supportive as I navigated the last year of Bubba’s life, and I will always be grateful for the care and kindness they showed both of us during such a difficult time. More recently, they’ve been just as wonderful as I’ve started this next chapter with George.
