First time at the clinic, we usually go to the clinic in Washington DC. We absolutely loved our experience here! We will definitely be making this our regular location. Front desk staff was very friendly from the moment we walked in. The vet staff was amazing, very informative. I didn’t feel pressured into anything I didn’t want to do. I felt listened to and valued. You could tell they really cared for the animals here and not just $$$. Thank you so much!
My dog came in from walk with blood on his paw but i couldnt see cut or anything. We were snowed in but I was scared so I dialed on to chat and immediately they came on to talk. I texted photo of the foot and she told me everything to do. He is now fine and she eased my worry so much. Every other place says come in or go to pet ER but she listened, looked at my photos and advised and he is doing great! Thank you Small Door!!!
Very happy with this practice. The vets are thorough and able to troubleshoot and treat my 12-year old dog's skin and back problems. The staff is great.
