Hands down the best vet in the Bethesda/Potomac area. The staff and doctors provide incredible care and actually listen to my concerns without judgment. I finally feel like my cats are in the best hands possible. Professional, empathetic, and thorough!
Everyone is very nice. They have always accommodated whenever I need an appointment for the same date. The telehealth is a really good resource to figure out if there is an emergency or not.
We are new to Small Door. I was very impressed with the facility . It is clean, no weird smells, very comfortable. The technician that was taking my 11 year old Shitzu blood l, was skilled and did it on the first try. Past three veterinarian offices took multiple tries to draw her blood, and it took forever not to mention the discomfort my dog felt. I would recommend this place.
