I was delighted when the Manchester store opened - they've repaired my MacBook Pro, helped me figure out storage solutions, and assisted me in selecting more iPhone and iPad accessories than I care to count. We use our Macs for work, school, photos, and video processing and often have questions that go well beyond the basic 'how do I copy this file' type. The Small Dog staff has consistently been able to answer our questions and is very up-to-date on new happenings in the Apple world. Highly recommend them.
i love Small Dog --- & regularly do business with them from California! super sales & service ---- absolutely the best & most personable sales & service i've found in my 15 years in Apple stuff --- much superior to the so-called 'geniuses' at the local Apple store. I phone & deal with them in Vermont even tho the local Apple store is only a 12-minute drive!
Very unpleasant experience. Unfriendly manager with poor costumer service.
