The front desk receptionist is always so easy to talk to and goes above and beyond handling any and all insurance information. The dental assistants are so extremely nice with a gentle touch. I always feel right a home during my visit. Dr Small is so personable and caring she explains everything in easy to understand detail. I’m always comfortable and always feel right at home during my visit!

The Small Dental Team provides expert dental care with exceptional customer service. They were incredibly patient and personable with our toddlers during their introductory and follow up visits, making the experience comfortable and positive. I highly recommend the practice for adults and children!
I've been a patient of Dr. Kaitlin Small for many years during which time, she has completed numerous procedures & coordinated with other dental professional. She is always friendly and extremely professional. Her staff are long term employees who are fantastic and compliment her with exceptional patient care. I highly recommend this practice.
We have been going to Dr. Small for over a year now and I have to say her entire team has the best service in the area. From receptionist, to the hygienist and Dr. Small herself, everyone of the team did the job that you cannot ask for. Both hygienist Julie and, Anushka cleaned my teeth much better than other places that so call deep cleaning. I had a filling done as well and Dr. Small has the most gentle touch, I did not feel any pain or uncomfortable. We will not go any places else.
