I never had to leave a negative review before, but I am so in shock after what happened at Small City Nails & Spa on Monday, October 6, 2025. I brought my 10-year-old daughter in as a walk-in, which this salon clearly advertises that they accept. We even traveled from another town to come specifically to this salon because we had heard good things and wanted to make it a special treat for her. Someone that works there that drives a black car. Almost hit me in the parking lot while I was riding my bike. Because she wasn't paying attention, she was flying through the parking lot.

Absolutely terrible! My daughter and I had our toes only painted.. it was $65.00!! I could have got a full pedicure for that!! They look absolutely terrible. My pinky toe is only painted half! She painted the rest of my toe with clear gel, like literally the toe not the nail... The place is dirty and she was mad because I only gave her $7.00 tip! She’s lucky that she got that.! And I don’t want your week old grapes! In a cup that looks like it’s been reused!!

I have been here three times for pedicures. The first time, I brought my own polish. The pedicure was pleasant and polish lasted for over a month and warranted five stars. The second time, the polish smeared as soon as I left the salon after waiting for it to dry for twenty minutes. I returned and just a few toes were redone; I figured I just wouldn’t book any future pedicures. However, I did return a few weeks ago for a pedicure.
