Love the venue but we are unable to pay because, in 2024, this Business Hive can only be paid in cash. We're a national charity and we use this venue for a local team that meet there weekly but we need to pay by credit card or invoice but, after a couple of months of trying to find a way to do that, they can't. They say to pay by PayPal but cannot provide an invoice or details how to pay by PayPal. Just saying the words and failing to produce the details is pointless. Good spot to work remotely. Friendly staff, lots of parking and excellent amenities.
Not impressed. Went in to send a package after walking in with my dog. Had address on my tablet but no WiFi. Asked to use there's and was told I needed to pay $30 to be a member. As a small business owner and having my own space I don't need a membership. I simply needed to send a package. Unable to get address & connect to Wi-Fi I took my dog and left. Unable to send my package, Causing inconvenience and wasting my time
