Agnieszka is very gentle on doing a cleaning for a patient that has very bad anxiety. Kaitlin is super helpful in advising on dental care. Cathy is incredibly insightful with making appointments and making sure that your insurance company is doing their job! And their bird feeders bring all the birds to entertain you while you wait or while the workers are working on you. Amazing! I also miss Bruce, but everyone is absolutely delightful.
Even though I am out of network for Dr. Small, I love coming to this practice because the staff treats me like family. My kids grew up at this practice! Meticulous cleaning and detailed explanation of the underlying teeth issues are exceptional.
