I truly appreciate the doctors and staff for doing everything they could to help my dog. What broke my heart was the cost of emergency veterinary care. In less than a week, the bill was close to $5,000. I understand that advanced medical care is expensive, and I know there are financing options available, but that is still an overwhelming amount of money for many families in such a short period of time. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The vet I spoke to was Tyler Johnson. He was very condescending from the beginning, and ultimately asked why I thought my cat was in an emergency situation. I explained a plethora of things going on my with cat (not eating, head at 90° angle, walking in circles, eye ulcers, extreme weight loss, extremely lethargic) and that this was the 4th vet we had visited. Although my Tator never got to come home. Dr. Carerra & Kathryn (Hummel?), exhausted all outlets and I truly feel he was deeply cared for. They were so kind throughout this process. I will always appreciate them & the care Tator received.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had calling an emergency vet. The woman I spoke with (“Angie”) immediately started talking about pricing before even understanding what was wrong with my pet, then repeatedly tried to discourage me from coming in. She kept saying “they aren’t here” without explaining who “they” were, spoke so rapidly that I couldn’t get clear answers, and became dismissive when I asked questions.
