I brought my dog to Lewis Small Animal Hospital during an emergency, and I want to express my sincere gratitude to Jorden, Grace, and Sally. They were kind, professional, and deeply compassionate during an incredibly stressful situation. They didn’t just care for my dog. They also supported me when I was scared, overwhelmed, and trying to figure out how to afford the urgent treatment he needed. Such an awesome place. They took incredible care of our cheddar and the pricing was super reasonable and transparent on their teams part(expensive, but not anything we didn’t expect with urgent vet care). They saved our dogs life, she’s recovering so well and we are forever grateful. We know where we will be taking our animals with any urgent concerns in the future.
Dr. Cranfill from the Internal Medicine team is the kind of doctor you hope and pray for especially in an emergency.. She’s kind, knowledgeable, compassionate, and went above and beyond for Maggie, and for us. Getting a second opinion here gave us an extra two months with our sweet Maggie, and I’ll eternally be grateful for that. From the front desk staff, to the technicians, and doctors - everyone involved in Maggie’s care - thank you so much for caring for us. I only wish we had met you all sooner.. 🩹
Dr. DeRuyter, the triage/ICU clinicians, and administrative staff were extremely compassionate and helpful. They even offered me resources to help with the grieving process following the loss of my cat. Thank you for doing all that you could for Leo and allowing us to be with him in his fina moments while he passed away. I cannot put into words how much I appreciate the work that you do.
