I rushed here with a critical pet on the direction of our vet ONLY to wait 45 minutes before I complained and then another 10 minutes for a response. I’ve never done a review before but I feel obligated to protect other pets. Now I worry about the care she’ll get and even if she’ll be alive tomorrow when I pick her up to go to my vet. I’ll drive an hour or more to another facility before I’ll use this one again.
