Unless scheduling coordinators are LICENSED VETS, they should not be dictating to pet parents - who have established care in several LSU clinics - whether they'll be seen in a particular one... especially when there's a referral from my local vet who is LICENSED.

The staff was friendly but seemed very overwhelmed. We brought our deceased loved girl there for necropsy and cremation. We were told we would receive ashes, paw print, nose print and fur patch. We were so excited when we got the call to pick them up. We only received the ashes and paw print. Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Communication and Billing Practices I had a deeply frustrating experience at this veterinary clinic. When I brought my dog in on Sunday, I was quoted two possible costs: $610 or $810. I was clearly told the higher amount would only apply if they needed to send my dog’s bloodwork to an external lab—which they did not.
