Unless scheduling coordinators are LICENSED VETS, they should not be dictating to pet parents - who have established care in several LSU clinics - whether they'll be seen in a particular one... especially when there's a referral from my local vet who is LICENSED.

The staff was friendly but seemed very overwhelmed. We brought our deceased loved girl there for necropsy and cremation. We were told we would receive ashes, paw print, nose print and fur patch. We were so excited when we got the call to pick them up. We only received the ashes and paw print. When we asked about the other items we were told someone would look into it and call us to let us know if they might have been bagged separately.
