Rude staff, made us feel very uncomfortable. Spent a lot of money down the street rather than be treated like this, give them a big miss all, spend your hard earned money elsewhere, how this mob stay in business? I do not know, scan the reviews they say much, lots of unhappy customers!

A few years back, Smales had a worker who arranged for me to recieve my dream engagement ring. The Hearts on Fire ring I wanted was out of our price range but the worker made a few adjustments to things so I got the ring I had my heart set on. I am also able to walk in and they shine my ring and do not charge. I think the worker's name is Jess.
