Worst company to ever buy from. If your product breaks they will not answer your calls or call back.. I didn’t even ask for a free part I asked to purchase the part and cannot get in contact I would steer far away from this company. I’ve had nothing but terrible experiences. Probably one of the biggest examples of nepotism I’ve ever worked for. The entire management crew are the owners children, Friends of the family, etc. Most of which cannot do their job to save their lives. But they will absolutely cut corners, Look the other way when people are injured, And tell you to hide things and lie to OSHA inspectors.
