Worst company to ever buy from. If your product breaks they will not answer your calls or call back.. I didn’t even ask for a free part I asked to purchase the part and cannot get in contact I would steer far away from this company. I’ve had nothing but terrible experiences. If I was a hot head on the phone I would understand but I’ve been polite and have not said anything rude for them to not call back. Probably one of the biggest examples of nepotism I’ve ever worked for. The entire management crew are the owners children, Friends of the family, etc. Most of which cannot do their job to save their lives. But they will absolutely cut corners, Look the other way when people are injured, And tell you to hide things and lie to OSHA inspectors. I tried my best to teach them the cost of doing business safely, but they refuse to listen. I saw several people injured during my time there as a supervisor. Working at Smak Plastics as a supervisor came with a decent starting pay, which is about the only highlight. The daily reality on the job, however, is far from positive. First, the physical environment is brutal. The temperature inside the facility regularly exceeds 90°F throughout the year and can soar to well over 110°F in the summer.
