Whenever I submit a Google review it's because the company has urged, cajoled, or pressured me to do so. Not this time. I'm submitting this review voluntarily for a couple of reasons. First because the Smail Family of dealerships consistently support not for profits within its service area. My visit today was because of a Detail Package they donated to Taunia Oechslin Girls Night Out in Johnstown (Breast Cancer Awareness). Experienced and pleasant staff. Got 2 cars detailed here and I will most certainly be taking in our third car for a detail. Job well done.
