Pizza was disappointing. Expensive but tastes cheap

Previously had two pies made incorrectly. Owner made things right, which i give him credit for. Order away folks.
They make good pizza but they make it really hard to enjoy it. Twice in a row we've ordered from them and the order was wrong. Most recently we ordered delivery and got the wrong order, which was extra bad because we had an allergen-friendly pizza in the order. When I called to sort it out, the manager offered a refund but did NOT process it. I've called and emailed and they're ghosting me. I know local restaurants operate on tiny margins but the lack of caring about their customers is really disappointing.
