They make good pizza but they make it really hard to enjoy it. Twice in a row we've ordered from them and the order was wrong. Most recently we ordered delivery and got the wrong order, which was extra bad because we had an allergen-friendly pizza in the order. When I called to sort it out, the manager offered a refund but did NOT process it. I've called and emailed and they're ghosting me. I know local restaurants operate on tiny margins but the lack of caring about their customers is really disappointing.
Delicious with great toppings
We just moved to Longmont and Smackdaddy was our first dinner here. Logan took our order and delivered our food, and what a treat! He was communicative, kind, and even wrote a welcoming note on the box. Such a gem!! We’ll be repeat customers here for sure, and hope to see Logan and the Smackdaddy crew again soon. Cheers!
