I've done about 5 PCR test here and always received my results within 24 hours. The staff is super friendly and professional. Yesterday they went above and beyond helping me to get the authorization from my doctor. My sisters also did PCR test for traveling and got their results in less than 24 hours.

I will NEVER use this place EVER again!!! I paid $100 to get tested for travel. Was told to write my email down so they can notify me. I was also told it takes 24-48hrs. I took the test on a Tuesday, called on Thursday and asked is there a link where I can check the results. The girl was rude and said NO. I Told her it has been 48hrs and she said you will get a email and hung up. I called Friday only to get rhe same rude girl who wouldn't look up me or anything. I canceled my child MRI appointment cause their late. They promised to get the pcr test in 24 hours before the appointment. It's not professional at all.

This shouldn't be any stars. How do I live in another state and get a bill for a test I never took. Hhhmmm scam ladies and gentlemen... i think so.. Check all tests people. This is real. We had a few fake sites down by us. Not this company but others. Not changing gloves..Big Hell no....

They promised result for PCR covid test in 24 hours , but actually told me in 24-48 hours did not follow the correct people staying in line my husband result was done not mine
