Customer service is TERRIBLE. Think twice before using their products.
Stay away! This company does not stand behind their products, I purchased and installed a SunnyBoy inverter in November 2024 and the product is not working since March 2025. Technicians have called SMA, but are unable to get anywhere. Do these products actually even have warranty?! I'm out thousands of dollars and have nothing to show. Bottom line, stay away from them!! I'll change my review if customer support actually fixes their product without us shelling put hundreds of more dollars.
NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS! THEY SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS!! SYSTEM FAILS - TOO BAD!
