The team from SM3 Built completed a full renovation on my place from bathroom, kitchen, all internals and outdoor area. What can I say they did a superb job quality finishes and all work was conducted in a timely manner. The owner was so professional with is dealings and was so easy to deal even when we kept chopping and changing our minds. Highly recommend the team at SM3 and was a pleasure having them do our renovations.
Could not speak more highly of the SM3 crew. We renovated our home and they completed the work exactly to our requirements which was amazing. We made some slight modification and they were completely understanding and managed to finish on time and within our initial budget.
We needed our kitchen replaced and it took us a while to find a company that was willing to do the work at a reasonable price. SM3 did the work at a very competitive price and managed to provide a very high quality kitchen which my partner is in love with.
These guys are crazy good. We brought them in to landscape our front and backyard. the work they did completely changed how our house looks. The work they did far exceeded our expectations.
