I've Hired S&M Remodel several times over the years,for my mother's house and my house to Remodel my bathroom ,kitchen, paint,install floors, electrical, and to build a front porch at my house, I recently had them return to custom build an entertainment center with a fireplace and shiplap. S&M have been more than amazing. They remodeled my master bathroom, they did a tremendous job. The team was extremely kind, they responded to me in a timely manner. Very reasonably priced. I have received so many great compliments. I will be using them in the future for more work! See photos below.
Will never recommend this company. Africa has a horrible attitude and quite frankly is also extremely judgemental. Spotty work, Inconsistent and unprofessional. I’ll take my cash somewhere else.
Africa and her team were awesome! They were very familiar with local codes and helped navigate a difficult permitting process. Everybody on Africa team was professional and courteous and it was obvious they knew what they were doing. S&M Remodel is the only contractor that I will use from now on.
They finished my floors in record time and it looks perfect. They really support vets. Africa gave me a military discount that helped with my budget. I didn't have to pay any money upfront. And my husband and I got to have a much needed date night with the Applebees gift card they gave me for doing the estimate. I don't know if they are still doing that but ask. If you are looking to get your floors done call them and asked for the contractor Bart. Really great work.
