Would strongly recommend Matt and SM Radon for any radon mitigation services. He was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. My basement was showing levels of around 7 based on some at-home tests. Not super high, but over the recommended safety amount. Since we spend a lot of time in the basement, I called SM Radon to go over the options. Matt was able to install a fan system on previously installed evac pipework from the builder. Only took a few hours, and now I have peace of mind for me and my family.
This business came highly recommended from my neighbors and they were spot on. Matthew was very pleasant to deal with and educated me on the hows and whys of what he did to mitigate radon from our basement. He took time to make sure I was happy with the placement of the mitigation system, explained how it worked and was thorough in maintaining cleanliness before, during and after the installation.
