We recently had a great experience renting a vacation property managed by Sara. Excellent communication and easy check-in/out process!
Contacted Sara on a Sunday as I needed someone to remove trash from a short term rental property that I own. She answered and scheduled us for the next day. This was a huge help as we were closing on a sale that next day. Really appreciate her prompt and efficient service. If I were continuing to own short term rentals in the area, I would definitely have this company manage them due to their level of service and attentiveness.
The folks at SM Property Services were the best! I called this afternoon desperately needing help with moving an elliptical inside my house after the trucking company placed it on my driveway. It was wishful thinking on my part that my wife and I could carry it inside. They answered my call quickly and were gracious enough to fit me in to their busy schedule the same day. They were friendly, helpful and enjoyable to work with. I highly recommend their services and would give them 10 stars if I could!!!
