Called to get a tank delivered and switched out like we normally do every couple of weeks when it runs out, ran out in the middle of the night and hooked to our small tank to get by and wanted to get a new big tank before the winter storm at the end of the week and was yelled at and told if I had a truck to bring it myself cause they dont have time. When I answered and said I do not have a truck the only response I received was "im sorry I dont know what to tell you"
Very accommodating and friendly
Great service. Stephanie and Lois do such a great job. When my husband became unable to take my large tanks to Stephanie she offered to do a switch out for me. Awesome. Will not use anyone else for our propane needs.
