Fui a buscar unos documentos que les dejé para hacer los taxes, me dijeron ven en unas semanas, les di 3 semanas para que me buscaran los documentos y cuando voy me dicen que los habían desechados, excelente servicio 👍🏻
Si llevan una 1099 no saben trabajar para bajar la deuda, no te quieren ayuda, no buscan soluciones NO LO RECOMIENDO
Me recomendaron el servicio con ellos, llame y agende cita, quedaron de enviar durante una semana toda la información para hacer mis taxes, NUNCA lo hicieron, les escribí un día antes de mi supuesta cita, me respondieron sin un saludo y que ese mismo día me enviarían toda la información, de nuevo, NUNCA LO HICIERON. Pésimo servicio.
