Second time I have used Hydro x and the service has been amazing. Despite encountering problems with the job, the price quoted was stuck to. Only plumber who could turn up on the day. Also fixed the neighbours blocked toilet for free after completing my job. Incredible service, highly recommended!
Great communication and service. Transparent charging and invoicing. Cleared all roots in blocked drains with before and after camera work. Made sure ALL the drains were clear, not just the immediately obvious blockage. Onsite for about 2-3 hrs. Based on his work, I'd recommend to anyone with drain issues.
My property manager engaged Hydro X Plumbing to replace the stove/oven at my investment property, and I was extremely impressed with their service. During the installation, they discovered a leak in the pipework and quickly informed my property manager, ensuring I was kept updated. The issue was addressed efficiently, and all work was completed to a high standard at a very reasonable price. Great communication, professionalism, and quality workmanship.
We had Steve out today to replace all flexible hoses he was polite honest and did a great job I would highly recommend. Thanks Steve.
