Soud is super professional. I just had my car there to see how much power it had and had a great conversation with him about cars and stuff. I'm happy to be the first cavalier he ever had on his dyno lol. He gave me lots of compliments on my car, really cool guy.
Second time I've been here for inspection. He didn't try to upsell me or do any work I didn't need done. I can't even begin to explain as a woman or even just a person with general knowledge of vehicles and service dept work experience how much I appreciate this. There aren't enough mechanics like this that don't take advantage of their customers simply because they think they can.
I love this shop. Everything is fair and real. I do some of my own work to my vehicles and work at a motorcycle shop, so I'm pretty aware when a shop isn't being fully honest. SM is 100% transparent. Trust em.
Best tuner around for sure. Great guy in general, any problem you have he will fix or tell you how to fix it!
Soud is incredible at what he does very good price for excellent quality work his shop is very very nice I will definitely be going back for future modification.
