I asked for a basic mani/pedi combo for $42. I specifically said the price several times. When I got to the register to pay, a little boy who just walked into the store chargde me more because I was a man by $5. The little boy showed me where it said it on the menu which was no way near the service I ordered. I said I would pay it this time but would not be back. I have now left a negative review and will make sure everyone I know hears about what happened to me.

Terrible!!! I mom had an appointment at 10am and they were late to open the store. My mom communicated to them she wanted a full nail set and instead the representative only painted her nail. Another employee had to be called for them to understand what was being asked. After 1.5 hrs later my mom finally got what she asked for with the exception of length if nails. They told me 15% off over the phone and refused to give percentage off during visit. Horrible customer service!! We will never be back and recommend no one visit ... read more

This salon made my nails look like the worst they’ve ever been. The lady was rushing on my nails she was filing my skin instead of my nails. She cut me over three times. During my appointment she left mid way doing my nails to talk to a new customer that had walked in. There were plenty of other employees that could have attended to the other customer but she left half way just to talk to her. There’s absolutely no customer value.
