He identified all the issues within our home, and walked us through the process in how to do so. S.M. Mechanical performed all the necessary work, and even got us signed up to receive huge rebates from BGE for the work that was completed. Sean and his team were great to work with! Despite being on the job site, Sean quickly got his office staff to connect with me and get my job taken care of quickly and easily! Love when I can depend on a team to get the job done the right way the first time!
Bob and team were very helpful in assisting me in a home energy audit and identifying areas that required updating/adding insulation, crawlspace sealing and a new water heater. They also improved my air flow in my house with duct updates. The goal to decrease my electric consumption leading to lower costs on future bills. I recommend them and believe them to be honest and good people.
