We had done business with them for a little over a year. I had a new machine install and had them do exhaust and water lines they never got the estimate to me and I had to have them do the work without an estimate. It took them 5 work days to do what other locations had done in 2 and the bill was ridicules. I ask if any adjustments could be made and I was told someone would be in touch with me.
