My (quite old) boiler had stopped working. Salman had a look and explained there could be more than one issue. The initial fix didn't last but Salman kept at it and eventually got things going again. I may have to get it replaced but the heating is back on for now. Thanks Salman!

Arranged for a boiler service on 3 separate occasions with conformation from the company and no one turned up on any occasion. Very underwhelming and poor customer service.

Excellent service from Salman came out same day to fix my broken flush toilet. He’s a hero. Excellent work, very tidy, great service and reasonable price He also fixed a leak in my kitchen came out at short notice. Very good price. So nice and reliable.

Had a gas leak identified by the supplier around midnight, contacted SM heating and plumbing in the morning as the supply had been shut off for safety. Salman was with us within a couple of hours (on a Saturday morning!), identified the problematic fitting and got it sorted. He represents the epitome of professionalism and value - will definitely be contacting him again for any and all plumbing/gas work
