Good company with great customer service skills. They removed a wasp or hornets nest.
Jake was great. Came out right away took care of all my issues. Very easy and friendly
Very professional company and workers. Hired them for a huge hornet nest in my attic and within 2 days of calling them they were at my house and cleared out the nest. Shawn and Jake were excellent and very easy to work with. I would hire this company again for any future pest control needs.
I ordered a pest control service in April 2022. In Sept 2022, some insects such as spiders, crickets and ants start to show up. S&M Exterminating Company, Inc told me I have a warranty. However, each time I tried to contact the customer service, they always have a thound of excuses to refuse to do the pest control again valid in the warranty.
