I am VERY familiar with the inner workings of this company and its owner and vice president. SM Engineering is NOTHING more than a high end, engineering based firm that specializes in looking for TAX EXEMPTIONS of a businesss utility bills. Its amazing that this company has been in business as long as it has as theyve terrible customer service and follow through after a sale.
