I called in the morning to set up a couch cleaning, and Ross arrived that same afternoon. He was very professional, friendly, and easy to talk with. He explained the full upholstery cleaning process in simple terms and then got right to work. My couch was heavily soiled, but by the time he finished, it looked fresh and renewed. He carefully protected the nearby rugs and flooring around the furniture, worked with patience, and pointed out a few before-and-after areas so I could clearly see the difference in color and soil rem... read more
I had a really great experience with S.m. Carpet Cleaning. Matthew was friendly, on time, and provided excellent customer service from the first call to the completed job. I like to take care of my home and protect my investment, so I wanted a company that understood proper floor care. I needed my tile cleaned along with the carpet in three bedrooms, and the whole process was smooth and professional. After giving me a free estimate, Matthew also shared helpful carpet cleaning and floor maintenance tips so I could keep everyt... read more

And the house smells nice. He went through the carpeted area and warned of several places that he felt would be too difficult to remove. Additionally, the carpet in my rental is very old and hadn't been cleaned for at least 3 years (but I ... read more
From start to finish, our experience with S.m. Carpet Cleaning was excellent. It was easy to reach them and schedule a carpet cleaning appointment within the same week. Brendan and Matthew arrived right on time, walked through each room with me, checked the carpet for spots and heavy traffic areas, and asked helpful questions about the condition and history of the carpet. They worked quickly and carefully, treated the problem areas with the right cleaning methods, and did a great job making our older carpets look refreshed a... read more
