I had a fantastic experience with S & M Auto Repair. The team was honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the repairs in a way I could understand. My car was fixed at a fair price compared to the high dealer prices. It’s clear they really care about their customers and take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy auto service as they have been in business for over 15 years which says a lot.
Customer service is horrible, they don't care if your out of a car , they barely look for anything for you and want you to do all the ground work , , the lady at the window shows no concern and the guy that's there he rushes you off the phone and have u wait weeks for you to hear oh we have to see the car , I will highly suggest that no one use this company ,
