Answered all my questions and fixed my car issue!
I needed to have my door lock actuator replaced in a bmw. I called and got a price quote of $200 if I bought the part myself. I called again just before having my car towed there and verified the price. Got my car towed and picked up the part at bmw. Brought it to the shop and then an hour later, I get a call from Manuel, or Manny, who I believe is the owner or at least he is in charge, telling me that price was wrong and it would cost me $1500 in addition to the $650 I already spent on the part.
