Purchase of refrigerator was fine, but delivery was the pits. The delivery person called about delivering a 'freej'. After I realized he was talking about a refrigerator and he showed up, he commented on not knowing what a 'freej' was. I felt they were very rude. They initially said they couldn't get the old refrigerator from the basement because it wouldn't fit the door opening, but I convinced them it would fit if they took the doors off - it worked.
