Excellent customer service, and they help load the appliances for you with their machines. Only advice is leave your large trailers in the parking lot, the turn around space is tight (we have a 16 ft trailer).
Alexis and the delivery team were excellent. Alexis listened to my concerns and followed up with the vendor on my behalf and kept me informed as things progressed and then scheduled delivery of my new dishwasher. The delivery team arrived on time letting me know in advance of their arrival. They unpacked and expertly installed the new appliance. They were friendly, polite, and respectful of my home and personal belongings.
So far, so excellent! Maxx has been great to work with! He quickly gave me a quote on a replacement dishwasher and when the model I liked was not in stock he gave me a free upgrade. This company also takes away the old equipment. The other company I looked at charged. They will install and it’s worth it to me to pay. I will do another review afterwards on the installation. At this point Maxx has my loyalty and I plan to buy from this company going forward. Treated me like a customer should be treated. Thank you!
