Sly has been working with my son for almost four months now. From the first session I noticed a big difference in my son’s confidence and ability to focus on and off the field. His approach to the game has changed dramatically and he has rediscovered his passion for soccer again. It’s been a great experience working with Sly and we will definitely keep going there. We didn’t know exactly what to expect from Sly’s psychology support, but we knew we needed help during a critical time of change for our daughter. In just a few sessions, we saw significant improvement in her mental toughness, confidence, and ability to manage negative self-talk. Ava started with Coach Sly a few months ago and has really incorporated what he has shown her into her everyday life. What stands out most is that he doesn’t just coach athletes for the moment—he teaches life skills that carry over far beyond sports. We are incredibly grateful for the impact he has had on Ava both as a player and as a young person.
