At the time we were waiting in his office while he checked obvious boxes in a tax form we could have filled out ourselves, Chris seemed sympathetic and kind. We didn't realize the scam until we were faced with a $15000 tax bill after taking no deductions all year. On top of all that, for filling out a simple form, he charged us over $800 ! Do it yourself.
